Creole Seasoning

BAM! That's right, this is Emeril Lagasse's fabulous Creole Seasoning. I can't say I follow many of his recipes but this seasoning is one I use for almost everything. It's just that good and so very versatile. I would recommend you triple or quadruple this recipe and always have it on hand, It seems I can never make enough.

RECIPE courtesy of Emeril Lagasse:
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano
1 tablespoon dried thyme

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.

It's really good in homemade mac and cheese.
