Summer is fast approaching and that means light, fresh and cool dishes. Don't get me wrong I love winter cooking, in particular the hearty meals that take all day to make and the warm feeling you get by the aroma of roast chicken in the oven. However, when the nights start getting a little longer, the flowers begin to bloom and the sun bursts through your blinds to awaken you in the morning, there's only one thing to do...Dust off that grill, pull out the tongs and crack open a cold one.
